Privacy Policy

DunningAR is a private internal receivables tool for Superior Networks LLC. It processes business contact information, invoice identifiers, balances, due dates, payment status, and invoice PDFs from approved QuickBooks Online and ConnectWise Manage connections solely to prepare administrator-approved account reminders. It uses Google identity sign-in for approved allowlisted users and a protected Superior Networks Google Workspace mailbox for authorized outgoing mail. It does not process payments, sell personal information, or use client data for advertising. Access is limited to approved Google identities whose roles and permissions are managed in the application. Operational records are retained only for legitimate accounting, audit, security, and business-administration needs.
