End-User License Agreement

DunningAR is provided as a private internal business application. It supports approved receivables communications only and does not determine legal obligations, collect payments, or replace professional legal or accounting advice. All outgoing client messages require an approved DunningAR user with external-client-email permission to approve and send them. The authorized user is responsible for verifying invoice accuracy, recipient details, customer agreements, and any late-fee language before sending. Use of DunningAR must comply with applicable law, customer contracts, and the terms of connected providers including QuickBooks Online, ConnectWise Manage, and Google Workspace.
